Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Try It (“the Service”), an API service operated by Plexsicity (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service processes the requests you send to its API and returns the results. We may improve or change the Service over time; material changes to paid functionality will be announced in advance where practical.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for activity performed with your account and API keys. Keep keys confidential — any request made with your key counts against your plan. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it has leaked.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- capture, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights, or that you otherwise have no right to process;
- target websites in violation of their terms, or at a volume or rate intended to disrupt them;
- probe or attack internal networks, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or the Service’s security measures;
- resell raw access to the Service without our written consent.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove stored images that we reasonably believe are abusive or unlawful.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Your quota is measured over your billing period — for paid plans your Stripe billing cycle, and for the free plan the calendar month (UTC) — and resets at the start of each period; unused quota does not roll over. Some operations use more quota than others (see the pricing page and the docs). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain your rights to the content you send and receive. You grant us the limited right to process and store it on your behalf for as long as needed to provide the Service. Contact us to request deletion.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. We work to keep it fast and available, but you should build retries and fallbacks into anything critical.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
